Question 2

Do you offer stone massage, cupping or other modalities?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Full Range Massage utilizes a combination of traditional soft tissue manipulations techniques. All massages are customized to the client's needs and the various techniques used are included at no additional charge.  An assessment will be made of the client prior to bodywork and will help to determine the appropriate modalities best suited for that session.

Where do I go and when do I show up for my appointment?

We are now located upstairs within Mainely Primary Care, 69 York Street, Suite 4, Kennebunk, ME.  Please use either the front or back entrance and sit in one the waiting areas and I will be down to get you at the time of your appointment. 
 Please try and be 5 minutes early for your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule with a full refund if done so at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in no refund.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be considered for a refund on a case by case basis for extraneous circumstances.

Where should I park?

There is ample parking both both in front and behind the building with entrances on either side as well.  Please enter where you like.

Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately our current location is not equipped with wheelchair access. Clients should be aware that we are located on the second floor in a building without an elevator.

Question 7

What should I wear?

If possible, please arrive in comfortable clothing that will make it easy for your practitioner to assess your body's alignment and mechanics prior to bodywork. Athletic shorts and a tank top are great choices, but not a necessity. During the session, clients are asked to dress down to their comfort level in order to streamline the therapists access to any muscle groups that may require attention. Areas of the body that are not being worked on will remain covered by a sheet and blanket(s).

What length session would be best for me?

Recommended session lengths will be discussed at the first appointment. If you are a brand-new client, it is recommended that a minimum of a 60-minute session is booked. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
